At Bongusta, we want you to love your home treasures, but if a piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including the packing slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
